Veritas’ leasing department is capable of handling any sized project you might have. With our brokerage you can determine how many or how few resources to have on each project. We work diligently with each client to balance project sensitivity with project urgency. Our leasing department’s duties include:

• Lease Negotiation
  Our landmen follow the specific leasing instructions for each client with a professional ethics. Each lease has been reviewed numerous times and approved by a supervisor and/or our internal legal-counsel.
  
  
• Reporting
  We maintain real-time reports in order to provide status updates whenever needed or by regular deadlines.
  
  
• Payment & Finalization
  Veritas processes bonus payments, files leases and other instruments of record all in a timely and accurate manner. We prepare and submit lease package reports regularly that have been reviewed by supervisors for completeness and accuracy.
  
  
• Additional Tasks
  We are capable of performing any assortment of tasks you may need in the area of leasing. Whether that includes leases extended last-minute, numerous sections leased simultaneously, stacks of leases recorded with assignments or exhibits prepared, etc., we are well-suited for your needs.
